When can I get started?

We kick off the process by creating your social media strategy. This in-depth process takes 2-3 weeks to complete and includes detailed customer, market, and competitor research. Following the completion of the strategy, we begin developing content for the upcoming month. Content typically launches 1-2 months after completing the proposal.

What is Targeted engagement?

This is where the community-building magic happens! With a targeted and custom engagement strategy, we engage with accounts your business isn’t connected to yet. This time is dedicated to liking, commenting and following the accounts that align with your target market. Using hashtags, location tags, and target accounts, we build connections, grow your engagement, and bring new people to your account.

Does Social Kat Media respond to comments & messages?

Community Management is included in the Amplify package. With the Essentials package, the client (that’s you!) is in charge of managing comments and messages. Add on the Community Management option and our team handles all of that for you!

What do I need to do?

Our content creation system allows you to be involved with the process while also ensuring that social media doesn’t take up too much of your time. Clients are expected to:

  • Provide updates on business happenings via a monthly questionnaire  or content meeting

  • Approve monthly content calendar and provide necessary information via point form notes or loom video

  • Provide requested photos that are outside of the existing photo library

What’s the process like?

We work in advance in order to create the best strategic content for your business. We start the month before your content goes live with a questionnaire or meetng, followed by a content calendar, and then the creation of your content. All content is then scheduled and goes live throughout the following month.

How long will we work together?

To ensure we can dive deep into your brand and have time to build impact on social media, all packages have a 4-month minimum commitment. We love working with clients long-term, continuing on a month-by-month basis!
