Anti-Racism Resources
Social Kat Media is committed to diversity, inclusion, equity, and being an anti-racist organization.
I (Kat Tepylo Murphy, owner of Social Kat Media) acknowledge the omnipresent existence of white supremacy and how it supports and affects my business. I am committed to continuing to open my eyes to the systemic racism that exists in our world and affects my daily life and business. I will do the work in my own business, family, and community.
I commit to quarterly anti-racism training and annual donations to organizations that support and empower BIPOC. As a member of The Founders and a board member of INSPIRE, I pledge to make our community an inclusive and welcoming place. I commit to doing better.
