"Should I include my hashtags in the caption or in the comments?" I hear this question a lot! The answer: it doesn't matter! (🤯, I know!)
While having your hashtags in the comments can make your post look cleaner, there is no difference in engagement or reach.
The most important thing to remember if you're putting your hashtags in the comment is to post the comment immediately. Your content is sorted by when the photo was posted, not when the hashtags were posted, so have your hashtags ready to post as soon as your post goes live so that your photo shows up when searched.
If you are using a scheduling tool that posts automatically, you'll want to have your hashtags in caption, so that you don't forget to add them in caption.
